Summary

Join Midnite, a next-generation betting platform, as a Product Manager to own our highest-performing product vertical, Midnite Casino. You will play a primary role in this product's success and the entire business, driving the casino product to excellence. This role requires end-to-end ownership of Midnite Casino, spearheading its evolution, and developing a highly engaging, high-retention experience. You will collaborate closely with engineering and design teams, champion a product-led environment, and report product KPIs to stakeholders. Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience
• You have strong experience working on native Casinos
• You have experience in working on Social Casino, Gaming and Gamification frameworks
• You embrace the fast-pace, always delivering, always improving start-up environment in an ultra-competitive industry
• You have an obsession with understanding the user
• You live and breathe data, making informed decisions with data and always looking for ways to obtain it
• You have a ruthless ability in prioritisation
• You are an excellent communicator, understanding your audience when covering complex areas to a variety of audiences
• You have a strong ability to improvise when the unexpected inevitably comes at you

Responsibilities

• From Discovery to Delivery. End to End ownership of Midnite Casino
• Spearhead Midnite’s evolution of” Real Money” and “Free to Play” Gaming by exploring new ways to play and entertain
• Full ownership of the Casino & Gaming Roadmap
• Take the lead in Gamification solutions across the entire Midnite Product
• Be hyper-focused on developing a highly engaging, high-retention experience
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver world-class products
• Be a champion of a Product-led environment, putting the users first
• Work directly with the Head of Product to develop a long-term, game-changing Product Strategy
• With over 40+ Game Providers, you’ll build strong relationships with 3rd parties and key business stakeholders
• Regular reporting of Product KPIs to Stakeholders and Department leads
