Responsibilities

• Deliver a seamless onboarding experience that sets the foundation for transformative sessions
• Empower clients to fully engage with and benefit from their programs by creating stunning client education
• Leverage lifecycle communications, integration guide calls, integration circles, and cohort-based programming to deepen connection, increase adherence, and turn protocols into lasting transformation
• Deeply understand our clients, their needs, motivations, and breakthroughs, and ensure their perspective drives everything we build to deliver life-changing outcomes at massive scale
