Mitratech offers competitive compensation, including a base salary range of $95,000-$110,000 annually, comprehensive benefits, and a remote work option.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- 2-3 years of product management experience in web/app-based B2B products or services
- Proven track record of launching feature releases; experience with HR IT technologies is a plus
- Prior skills in research, analysis, problem-solving, and user-centered discovery
- Skilled at interfacing across organizational levels, with a focus on setting and managing expectations
- Understand how to drive team (engineering, cross-functional) success in a remote-first & internationally diverse (global time-zones) environment
Responsibilities
- Self-starter who thrives with minimal guidance confidently makes decisions, and learns quickly from setbacks to drive progress
- Synthesize insights from competitive analysis, customer satisfaction data, industry trends, and analyst reviews to craft a compelling project vision
- Develop product metrics and establish methods to measure success, focusing on financial outcomes and user engagement
- Work within the scrum teams on a daily basis to set clear direction and expectations, articulate business requirements, remove roadblocks, and provide subject matter expertise through constant communication and collaboration with the delivery team, designers, and business stakeholders
- Own and prioritize the team backlog, continuously grooming tasks to align with business goals
- Test new product features and work closely with scrum teams to identify and resolve any issues
- Present and demo product features and business cases to customers, prospects, peers, and leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to integrating acquired product lines into a business and developing strategies for them to align (not mandatory)
- Familiar with common development and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, and ProductBoard (not mandatory)
