Product Manager

Summary

Join Ofload, a FreightTech company revolutionizing the Australian freight industry, as a Product Manager. You will lead the development and delivery of product solutions that enhance customer value and drive business growth. This role involves defining product initiatives, conducting user research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing integrations with third-party tools. You will be responsible for translating customer needs into scalable solutions, ensuring clear communication and alignment with stakeholders, and driving product execution from ideation to launch.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing SaaS products and 3rd party integrations
• Strong product thinking: can turn customer pain points into scalable solutions

• Skilled at delivery: clear goals, prioritisation frameworks, and execution

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap: Define and deliver product initiatives aligned with company strategy
• Lead discovery & research: Use data, user insights, and stakeholder input to shape solutions
• Drive execution: Work with tech, design, and ops from ideation through launch and iteration
• Collaborate deeply: Partner across internal teams (Tech, Design, Ops, Finance) and external stakeholders (Shippers & Carriers)
• Manage integrations: Define requirements and oversee implementation of 3rd party tools (when applicable)
