Requirements
- Experienced product leader (7–10 years) with a strong track record driving cross-functional, cross-vertical initiatives—especially in regulated, multi-product spaces like fintech or healthtech
- Strategic and user-focused, with deep expertise in mobile UX, design systems, and translating complex business needs into scalable solutions
- Data-driven communicator and influencer, skilled in defining KPIs, interpreting data, aligning stakeholders, and building momentum through clear, compelling communication
- Drive and proactivity - everyone here is a builder and executor
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the core app experience, including navigation, home screen, personalization, notifications, and shared UX, ensuring consistency across product verticals
- Drive a cohesive UX strategy through close collaboration with cross-functional teams and vertical product leaders, aligning on a unified app vision and high-quality execution
- Leverage data and insights to optimize user journeys, boost engagement, reduce friction, and lead discovery on strategic initiatives like app unification and personalization
