Summary
Join PatientPoint as an experienced Ad Tech Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of advertising technology solutions within the PatientPoint Precision platform. This role involves collaborating with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, secure, and scalable ad experiences. You will define and monitor success metrics, leverage analytics to drive improvements, and stay informed of industry trends. The position requires 3+ years of experience in ad tech, digital media, or health tech, a deep understanding of digital advertising systems, and experience integrating data and business systems. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a passion for improving healthcare experiences through digital solutions. Location is remote with less than 10% travel required. Compensation includes a competitive salary and benefits package.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in ad tech, digital media, or health tech environments
- Deep understanding of digital advertising systems, including Google Ad Manager, DV360, Kevel, VAST/VPAID standards, SSPs/DSPs, and IAB guidelines
- Proven experience integrating data and business systems such as Snowflake and Salesforce with ad server platforms
- Background in developing software solutions for both consumer and enterprise users
- Experience working with patient- or healthcare-related platforms, with a strong understanding of privacy, consent, and regulatory requirements including HIPAA and PHI
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to lead and collaborate across cross-functional teams
- Passion for improving healthcare experiences through thoughtful digital solutions
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the roadmap for advertising technology within the PatientPoint Precision platform, helping shape the strategic vision and ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Partner closely with engineering to deliver seamless, secure, and scalable ad experiences across all patient-facing digital endpoints, continuously enhancing ad serving platforms and proprietary ad management tools
- Collaborate with design teams to create intuitive, user-friendly sponsored experiences for patients and enterprise clients that meet usability and engagement goals
- Serve as the primary liaison for all ad tech initiatives, aligning cross-functional stakeholders across commercial, sales, content, compliance, and technical teams to ensure coordinated execution
- Define and monitor success metrics for ad performance; leverage analytics to drive ongoing improvements in effectiveness, relevance, and user engagement
- Stay informed of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure PatientPoint remains at the forefront of healthcare ad tech innovation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with interactive patient engagement systems or healthcare communication platforms
- Understanding of healthcare marketing compliance, including pharmaceutical advertising regulations
- Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
