Summary
Join PointClickCare as a Product Manager and contribute to the successful delivery of products that create value for users and drive strategic growth. Collaborate closely with engineering, maintain a healthy product backlog, and contribute to the product roadmap. You will be the voice of the customer, working with a scrum team to deliver on product priorities. This role requires strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills, along with experience in product management within the healthcare industry. Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in business, computer science, or a healthcare-related field of study
- 3+ years of experience in a product management function
- Experience working in the healthcare industry (Skilled Nursing)
- Knowledge of Federal and State based quality measures
- Experience in data and reporting
- Strong written and oral communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills and task management
- Demonstrated ability to manage products, innovation, and a general curiosity and drive for building great products
Responsibilities
- Understand company strategy and how it connects to the strategy of your product areas
- Become the product expert for your areas of responsibility, including product functionality and how the product creates value for the customer and user
- Performance insights and reporting on quality measures
- Serve as the voice of the customer to a scrum team inclusive of engineering and UX, partnering with engineering leads to manage ceremonies associated with product delivery
- Maintain a prioritized backlog and write user stories, acceptance criteria, and other artifacts to support engineering teams in delivering on product priorities
- Continuously assess ways to improve products and services
- Identify, communicate, and bring the right people together to manage risks timely and effectively
- Engage with User Experience, Engineering, Technical Writers, and other product managers, leveraging modern agile processes and Design Thinking and ensure concepts are valuable and feasible
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in data and reporting is a plus
- Knowledge of Agile processes is required and familiarity with Design Thinking is a plus
- Experience managing SaaS products is a plus
