Requirements
- Have a Degree in Healthcare, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields
- Demonstrate experience leading software products through the entire software development lifecycle
- Have extensive experience with IT in business analysis, product ownership, project management or similar
- Have experience with contributing to and executing on a product roadmap
- Have proven experience in generating product ideas, innovation, and vetting ideas
- Have experience with/or demonstrated understanding of APIs, Mobile development, Automated & Manual Testing
- Have a strong technical background in related technologies; ability to lead high-level discussions on technology strategy and approach
- Have a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams (without formal authority) and guide them to solve complex problems
- Have the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, both orally and in writing
Responsibilities
- Be involved in all phases of the Software development lifecycle and own the execution phases of the Product lifecycle
- Frequently interact with a cross-functional set of Business stakeholders and Software Engineering teams
- Act as the 'the voice of customer' regarding detailed software requirements for our Senior Care Product portfolio, including Value-Based Care
Preferred Qualifications
Have 3-5 Years in Product Management work environment
