Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology-driven or hospitality-related industry
  • Strong knowledge of UX/UI principles and digital product development
  • Experience working with agile methodologies and product development tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with analytics tools to monitor product performance and user behavior

Responsibilities

  • Identify and deeply understand our customers' needs across guests, homeowners, and internal teams, aligning UX, technology, and business objectives to solve problems effectively
  • Manage and prioritize feature development, ensuring alignment with business goals and user expectations
  • Lead Product Designers in crafting thoughtful, intuitive, and complete features with a strong emphasis on UI/UX excellence
  • Facilitate communication, review, and approval of designed features with stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment
  • Write clear and actionable product specifications, balancing detail and lean execution to streamline development
  • Review each developed feature for quality assurance before launch, ensuring a seamless user experience
  • Oversee product launches, ensuring effective communication and alignment across all stakeholders
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve team workflows, processes, and tools, driving efficiency and quality in product execution
  • Implement and oversee monitoring strategies to track product performance and ensure ongoing improvements
  • Gather and respond to feedback, proactively prioritizing bug fixes and product enhancements
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products, systems, and integrations, documenting them as needed
  • Provide support to Operations, Guest Experience, and Homeowner Success teams by troubleshooting product issues and offering solutions
