Product Manager

Summary

Join ZenSource, a leader in enterprise-grade open-source solutions, as a Product Leader to shape the future of Drupal and AWS B2B Martech cloud solutions. You will define product strategy, prioritize the roadmap, and lead product management, design, and support functions. This role requires collaboration with executive leadership to align product initiatives with business goals and includes P&L responsibility. Success in this position demands proven experience in leading product teams, driving product roadmaps, and improving client retention. You will also develop a Client Advisory Board to gather feedback and set roadmap priorities. This is a transformational role focused on enhancing market positioning, improving client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial-grade SaaS B2B product management experience
• A deep understanding of AWS cloud and Drupal technologies (experience with Acquia is a plus)
• Proven experience in leading product teams and driving product roadmaps to retain clients and grow market share
• Expertise in customer support models, ticket and issue tracking, and technical product documentation
• An understanding of and experience within AI
• A customer-centric mindset with the ability to balance technical and business needs
• Experience with Agile development and product lifecycle management
• Skilled in competitive and market analysis research

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and prioritize the product roadmap, informed by competitive research and market analysis, to support rapid growth
• Lead customer support, training, and UX/UI teams
• Improve client retention by evolving the product support model, documentation, and service
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align product initiatives with business goals
• Oversee product team P&L responsibility
• Develop a Client Advisory Board to gather product feedback and set roadmap priorities
