Product Manager

Summary

Join Prolific, a leader in human data infrastructure for AI development, as a Product Manager for the Security and Organizations team. You will be responsible for the impact and outcomes of user accounts, authentication, and enterprise solutions. This role requires deep understanding of Prolific's account and access management, strong systems thinking, and cross-functional collaboration. You will manage a team's roadmap and strategy, unblock complexities, and partner with various teams to deliver products iteratively. Requirements

• Familiarity with the industry’s prevailing Product tools, models, and methodologies
• Experience as a confident, established Product Manager working crossfunctionally inside a squad or stream-aligned team
• Strong systems analysis skills or business analysis skills – you should be able to draw and read business process flows and diagrams
• An ability to read metrics and analytics and tell stories with data, and some familiarity with user research methods
• A storyteller’s flair, a belief in ‘strong opinions weakly held’, personal accountability, and a relentless drive and can-do attitude

Responsibilities

• Product manage a cross-functional stream-aligned team’s roadmap and strategy
• Be an unblocker and simplifier of complexity
• Partner productively with Product Design, User Research, Analytics, and Engineering to find ways to deliver products in a test-learn-iterate fashion
• Contribute to help elevate Prolific’s Product Management team into a world-leading one, known for their approach to making bets and building products that customers love and which drive commercial value for our business

Preferred Qualifications

• Scale-up or startup experience
• Experience in: account management, identity, authentication, authorization, roles and permissions
• An understanding of the different needs businesses and enterprises have when it comes to their software products and contracts (B2B) vs what individual consumers expect (B2C)
• AI/ML training / AI/ML development experience
• A track record of giving back to your Product community and lifting others up!
