Summary

The ideal candidate possesses a BS/BA in a relevant field or equivalent experience, along with specific skills and experience in data manipulation, cloud environments, and collaboration tools. Requirements
- BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or equivalent experience
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS GovCloud a plus) and modern data infrastructure
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint)

Responsibilities
- Drive Customer Success: Serve as the go-to advisor for Foundry users, enabling them to achieve mission outcomes through effective data integration and analysis
- Accelerate Adoption: Onboard users and deliver tailored training, ensuring teams quickly become confident and self-sufficient on Foundry
- Optimize Workflows: Identify inefficiencies and design solutions that streamline data pipelines, ontologies, and business processes for maximum impact
- Problem-Solve Creatively: Anticipate and resolve issues related to data ingestion, transformations, permissions, and integrations—often before they become blockers
- Translate Needs into Solutions: Partner with engineering teams to turn user challenges into scalable, functional solutions that deliver measurable value
- Champion Continuous Improvement: Proactively recommend platform enhancements, usability improvements, and performance optimizations
- Ensure Resilience and Compliance: Monitor data and system health while maintaining security, governance, and reliability standards
- Communicate with Impact: Lead client engagements with clarity and empathy, providing actionable insights on data strategy and platform optimization
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with SQL, Python, or scripting for data manipulation (preferred)
