Product Manager

Summary

Requirements

• Strongly versed in agile methodology and technical ticket writing
• The ability to clearly outline and execute the company’s product vision
• Strong product intuition and ability to motivate and inspire a team
• A team player who can collaborate and build trust with engineers, designers, data science and other cross-functional teammates
• Ability to independently initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
• Communicate concisely and influence outcomes
• 2+ years of experience managing a product development roadmap and shipping consumer products
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• Track record of working on products with a high quality bar
• Experience across the entire product lifecycle including: defining product needs, ideation, prioritization, development, pre/post-launch execution including A/B tests and analysis
• Experience running agile teams and processes
• Experience writing technical documentation
• Strong in projecting timelines and building roadmaps
• A passion for helping people meet using technology

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of one of three product development teams
• Develop deep, nuanced understanding of our unique product and the expectations of our global community, becoming a subject-matter expert in your team's areas of ownership
• Partner with business leaders, designers, engineers, and data scientists to ideate, prioritize, plan, and ship impactful features and improvements
