Product Manager

Summary

The job description is for a Product Manager role in the P&C insurance industry, focusing on digital products and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of total work experience preferably within consulting, outsourcing, insurance or other related field
• 5 years' experience in product development/product management
• Experience working with Robotic Process Automation (RPA)

Responsibilities

• Independently establish product strategy and vision
• Ensure Product vision and features align with client’s core needs
• Be the Voice of the Customer
• Establish and monitor OKRs to drive adoption, usage, and overall customer satisfaction
• Proactively drive collaboration with Marketing and Business development teams
• Create, design and market test new product iterations
• Design, coordinate and oversee customer research efforts
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization
• Evaluate competitors and industry trends to stay ahead in the market
• Serves as a mentor and resource to junior Product team members

Preferred Qualifications

• P&C insurance industry experience highly preferred
• Experience with accounting/billing products preferred
