Summary
Runwise is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to oversee one or more crucial customer outcomes. The Product Manager will be responsible for understanding customer needs, shaping solutions, communicating findings across the company, contributing to the product strategy, partnering with engineers, developing a deep understanding of Runwise's technology, and implementing best-in-class product development practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working within a product/engineering organization as a PM, engineer, designer, program manager, company founder, etc
- Experience shaping, building, or coordinating product development from idea to finished product
- Ability to analyze and prioritize customer and business needs
- A strong eye for design and a track record for delivering beautiful products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with individuals of various seniority across the company, as well as customers
- Ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and effectively communicate with technical and non-technical partners
- Entrepreneurial drive and ability to succeed in a very fast-paced environment - founder experience a major plus
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining focus and accuracy
- Confidence to make well-informed, independent decisions while escalating issues as appropriate
Responsibilities
- Help prioritize/select customer outcomes to focus on
- Establish product vision in areas relating to the customer outcomes that you own
- Communicate customer insights and relevant findings across the company
- Contribute to the companyβs overall product strategy and roadmap
- Partner with our experienced team of engineers to execute efficiently and deliver impact for our users and business
- Develop a deep understanding of Runwiseβs technology and products, as well as the subject matter areas that they serve
- Constantly challenge the status quo
- Implement best-in-class product development and management practices
- Define and analyze metrics that inform product success & health
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with integrated hardware and software is a major plus
