Summary

Ryz Labs is seeking a dynamic Product Manager to join their venture company in its next phase of growth and innovation. The Product Manager will be responsible for defining and articulating the product vision, conducting market research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing a product roadmap.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably within the AI or technology sectors
• Experience working and establishing credibility with cross-functional leaders
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience working with engineering teams to deliver products; you can interpret a high-level architecture diagram
• Ability to dig into the details without losing sight of the bigger picture

Responsibilities

• Define and articulate the product vision and strategy in alignment with company goals
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and gaps in the market
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value and customer impact
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
• Adapt product strategies to maintain a competitive advantage
