Requirements

• Passion for technology, finance and digital products
• Experience in product management ideally in the capital markets or, banking domains
• Experience in building highly scalable & reliable cloud-native, microservice-based technology platforms
• Strong analytical thinking, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data to drive decisions
• Utmost attention to detail and a culture of excellence
• Excellent communication skills that are clear, concise, and targeted towards your audience - software engineer, stakeholder or executive
• A great understanding of and focus on customer problems and needs
• Hands-on mentality: from ideation and research to prototype and user story, you can handle it
• Experience with common agile working tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma and similar applications
• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and German

Responsibilities

• Shape market-leading product initiatives that delight both our retail clients and B2B partners
• Collaborate with engineering teams and a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders to develop and deliver innovative solutions that effectively address the needs of the financial landscape
• Define and execute a clear product strategy and roadmap that aligns with client needs and company goals
• Take full ownership of the product development process from discovery to launch, ensuring high-quality delivery of solutions that solve challenging problems
• Engage and coordinate efforts with internal teams, external partners, and regulatory bodies to facilitate seamless integration and compliance with capital market standards
• Effectively manage resources, create detailed timelines, and monitor dependencies across multiple teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery
• Lead integrations with other Scalable Capital services, ensuring that all product offerings are cohesive and enhance the overall client experience
• Utilize agile methodologies to drive product development, facilitating regular ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and cross-team syncs to enhance collaboration and transparency
• Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and maintain a strong understanding of industry trends
