Product Manager

Summary

Join Sherpany, a Swiss leader in meeting management software, as a Product Manager. You will work with cross-functional teams to enhance product competitiveness, acting as a liaison between internal teams and users. Responsibilities include defining objectives, developing roadmaps, prioritizing ideas, and analyzing market trends. You will collaborate with the CPO and other PMs to execute the product vision. Requirements

• Have several years of experience in Product Management preferably in SaaS or Tech Start-Up environment
• Care about outcomes; define, monitor and improve OKRs and metrics that reflect the success of the product
• Love problems and apply a systematic approach to discover solutions
• Have great communication skills with the ability to motivate and transmit vision. Always explain the why and take internal teams, users and customers on the journey with us”
• Be keen to join us in a moment of change preparing for a new growth phase and changing our product management towards fully owning business goals and user journeys

Responsibilities

• Work with one of the cross-functional teams responsible for increasing the competitiveness of our solution
• Be the link to other internal teams and our users and customers
• Execute the product vision setting objectives and developing an aligned product roadmap
• Create, prioritize and manage the ideation, roadmap and communication of everything related to the opportunities you will work on to make Sherpany more competitive
• Constantly analyze the board portal and meeting management market and its users
• Validate requests of our prospects and customers
• Pay attention to competitors and work with Sherpany yourself to improve the product and prioritize what to work on
