Join SpyCloud as the Core Services Product Manager for Console and own the shared services, platform features, and management experiences that power our product lines. This highly strategic, full-stack role blends user experience, backend service architecture, and go-to-market strategy. You will translate complex technical challenges into elegant, scalable solutions that protect Fortune 500 enterprises and governments globally. This position demands technical understanding, business acumen, and customer empathy, leveraging AI to define requirements, assess opportunities, and drive SpyCloud's go-to-market strategy. You'll be passionate about solving customer problems and helping them succeed in cybersecurity. The role involves defining and executing the platform roadmap, owning the product lifecycle, prioritizing front-end and back-end improvements, creating actionable artifacts, establishing success metrics, and collaborating with development and data engineering teams.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of product management or development experience
- 1+ years of cybersecurity industry experience
- Experience delivering web-based portal-based products targeting enterprise users
- Utilizing AI tools that augment a product manager’s daily and strategic tasks
- Demonstrated ability to leverage qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize and drive decision-making
- Experience with agile scrum development and lean startup principles
- Curious and comfortable engaging in professional conversations with target buyers and users
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable using collaboration tools such as Slack, Confluence, JIRA, and Salesforce
- Is a power user of AI-based tools that augment the product management role including LLMs
- Understanding of various data sources available in the cybersecurity market and the ability to map their applicability to market-driven use cases
Responsibilities
- Help define and execute the Enterprise Protection Console core services platform roadmap—including multi‑tenant architecture, user/org administration, entitlement & billing services, and cross‑product navigation
- Own end‑to‑end product lifecycle for platform capabilities: discovery, requirements, design review, delivery, launch, and continuous optimization
- Prioritize a balanced portfolio of front‑end experience improvements (React/TypeScript) and backend services (microservices, APIs) to maximize customer and developer value
- Create crisp, actionable artifacts—PRDs, specs, UX flows, dashboards—that align distributed teams around clear outcomes
- Establish success metrics (combining UX and business experience) and leverage qualitative & quantitative data to iterate quickly
- Define success metrics for product launches and enhancements. Regularly analyze performance data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate fluidly with development and data engineering partners
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or MS in Engineering preferred
