Summary

Join Squadio's 3-month Product Manager Training Program! This 12-hours/week program, involving daily 30-minute to 1-hour meetings, requires 1+ year of experience. Participants will learn Agile methodologies (Scrum framework, product owner responsibilities, Agile events and artifacts), user stories, analysis techniques (SWOT, business model canvas), documentation (FRDs, BRDs), and wireframing. Upon successful completion, participants receive a certificate and may be considered for opportunities within Squadio's talent pool. The program covers key concepts and practical techniques for product management success, enhancing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Learn about Agile principles and how they apply to product management
• Learn about the Scrum framework, a popular Agile methodology
• Learn about the crucial role of the product owner, including market understanding, stakeholder management, requirement prioritization, and evaluating product progress
• Learn about key Agile events such as kick-off meetings, daily scrums, sprints, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospectives
• Gain knowledge about important Agile artifacts, including the product backlog, sprint backlog, and increment
• Understand how to write effective user stories, define acceptance criteria, and slice stories to deliver value incrementally
• Learn techniques such as competitive analysis, SWOT analysis, and business model canvas
• Gain insights into roadmap creation, prioritization techniques, and the importance of understanding customer pain points
• Learn about documentation practices in Agile, including the creation of functional requirement documents (FRDs) and business requirement documents (BRDs)
• Explore wireframing techniques and understand how to effectively communicate product designs
