Summary
Join Swish Analytics, a sports analytics startup, as a Product Manager to build and guide the next generation of Swish products. You will define product vision, create and maintain product roadmaps, oversee all stages of product development, collaborate with various departments, assist sales and customer success teams, and manage the product backlog. This 100% remote position requires a minimum of 2 years of product management experience, in-depth knowledge of software development methodologies, understanding of sports betting, experience with MySQL and REST API, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a proven ability to lead projects. Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of product management experience
- In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies
- Understanding of sports betting - specifically odds, props, and parlays
- Experience with mySQL and REST API architecture and services
- Excellent organization skills and an ability to compromise based on evolving timelines, scope and competing priorities
- A demonstrable record of leading projects from definition to launch
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and assess functional requirements
- Ability to make decisions by doing research to understand the impact on users
Responsibilities
- Define the vision for the teamβs products within assigned league(s)
- Create and maintain a product roadmap for assigned league(s)
- Oversee all stages of product development lifecycle from design and development to QA and post-release support
- Collaborate across a variety of technical and non-technical departments to establish and ensure proper execution of product requirements
- Assist Sales and Customer Success departments with engaging clients on products and features to ensure successful integrations of API products
- Manage the product backlog and prioritizing feature development based on evolving requirements
