Requirements

• 3+ years of direct product management experience
• Strong bias toward data-based decision-making

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders to execute on product strategy and deliver on key business and product objectives
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from identifying problems and prioritizing them, to driving new feature development and ensuring successful delivery
• Use a data-driven approach to analyze performance, derive actionable insights, and inform decisions that directly impact product outcomes
• Work closely with Design to run user research, usability studies, and data-driven experiments, ensuring customer feedback shapes the product direction
• Establish, monitor, and continuously refine success metrics for your products, integrating user behavior data and feedback to optimize features and drive improvements
• Prioritize features and initiatives based on data, business goals, and user needs to ensure high-impact solutions are delivered efficiently
• Communicate product updates, priorities, and results to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and transparency across teams
