Requirements

• 4+ years’ experience as a Product Manager
• Experience with planning roadmap initiatives using the Double Diamond framework and prioritising them using various frameworks (weighted score, RICE, etc.) in product management tools such as Productboard, Airfocus, etc
• Interest in user science techniques such as survey, interview, prototyping, A/B testing, analytics tools

Responsibilities

• Help businesses, grid operators, asset owners and other energy stakeholders around the world reduce their carbon emissions, integrate more distributed renewable energy resources, and generate new revenue streams by participating in demand-side response services
• Lead a team of 6 engineers in delivering impactful outcomes
• Collaborate with 10 other Product Managers and designers, alongside an engineering team-lead
