Summary
Join Tabeo, a leading provider of patient finance solutions for dental and veterinary clinics, as a Product Manager for our new AI Reception product. This pivotal role involves shaping and delivering a voice and chat-based AI solution that will directly interface with patients and practices. You will own the day-to-day execution of the AI Reception MVP, collaborating with an external development team and senior product leadership. The product will help practices triage, route, and automate key patient interactions. Tabeo offers a remote-first work approach with perks and tools to support employee success. Requirements
- You have experience as a Product Manager within a start-up/scale-up, particularly if you have experience working with Conversational AI / Voice Technology or chatbots in a B2B environment
- Demonstrated empathy for end-user experience and ability to work in fast-paced, iterative environments
- Familiarity with conversational interfaces (voice or chat), or consumer software with high-volume user interaction
- Can structure, plan, and prioritise under ambiguity. You will help shape the roadmap - not just execute it
- A natural collaborator able to interface with external vendors and internal leaders, particularly in customer-facing functions
- You have experience working directly with C-level stakeholders and are confident communicating updates across the business through a variety of channels
Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day execution of the AI Reception MVP in collaboration with an external dev team and senior product leadership
- Translate user needs into actionable specs, with particular sensitivity to the voice interaction layer, security/privacy constraints, and the unique workflows in dental and vet practices
- Work closely with our internal stakeholders (customer service, sales, and engineering) to test the product in live environments before wider rollout
- Define clear success metrics around adoption, accuracy, and user sentiment for both patients and reception teams
- Coordinate vendor contributions and oversee delivery across multiple streams, including interface design, transcription & summarisation workflows, and integrations into Tabeoβs ecosystem
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with voice-based systems, asynchronous messaging, or customer service tooling
- Knowledge of dental or veterinary workflows and frontline practice operations
