• Knowledge of financial banking

Responsibilities

• Investigate, share, and promote the practice of User Interface Design
• Ensure that the product strategy is aligned with the company's objectives
• Effectively manage the product backlog, considering priorities and available resources
• Break down functionalities into clear and detailed user stories, including acceptance criteria
• Ensure that the development team understands the requirements and priorities
• Collaborate with different departments (marketing, sales, development, support, etc.)
• Manage expectations and communicate the product's progress to interested parties
• Collect feedback from clients and stakeholders for continuous improvements
• Define and monitor relevant KPIs for the product
• Use data analysis tools to understand user behavior
• Adapt to changes in the market, technology, and customer needs
• Resolve problems creatively and effectively
• Manage risks and uncertainties
