Remote Product Manager

Summary

The Product Manager will develop and execute the strategy for the Asset Management Platform at RB Global, working with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure a best-in-class user experience. This role is critical as the Asset Management Platform supports the company's auction services and must integrate seamlessly with other platforms.

Requirements

• 4+ years related experience and responsibilities
• Prior experience as a product manager
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Defines product strategy within the team to create a compelling vision for a user-friendly, efficient, intuitive Asset Management Platform
• Evaluates market and consumer user experience research and results based on discovered industry trends and competitor landscapes
• Clarifies the strategy in ambiguous areas and obtains group buy-in with clear and logical rationale
• Leads a team to execute on strategies to deliver value to customers and the organization
• Reviews proposed product changes or enhancements for compliance and alignment with desired user experience design and satisfaction standards
• Communicates with the team, product leadership, and key stakeholders frequently and effectively
• Actively ensures their product team is aligned and engaged
• Identifies risks and issues, and proactively finds solutions
