Requirements

  • 7+ years proven experience in product management, program management, or related roles throughout the product/engineering organization
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, ability to prioritize initiatives, and drive execution in a dynamic environment
  • Experience delivering engaging, intuitive, and valuable user experiences
  • Experience optimizing first time user experience and increasing DAUs/WAUs
  • Experience implementing Product-Led Growth initiatives that have proven successful
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with product lifecycle management, agile methodologies, UX/UI design principles, and product analytic tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, perform market research, and make data-driven decisions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Make LOs raving fans by utilizing deep empathy and a deep understanding of what is valuable to them
  • Define the product vision for the Loan Officer experience and develop roadmaps based on market analysis, user/stakeholder feedback, and business goals
  • Track usage trends and adoption barriers, then work cross functionally to create processes and solutions to attack both
  • Improve the user onboarding experience
  • Define requirements such that engineering can translate into technical designs, goals, and tasks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and features
  • Represent the product and vision externally and become a known, reliable advocate for loan officers
  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure alignment on product priorities, requirements, delivery timelines, and launches
  • Lead product launches for new customer-facing features, including coordinating with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful go-to-market strategies and customer adoption
