Summary

Requirements

  • 5+ years proven experience in product management or related roles throughout the product/engineering organization
  • Experience working with LOS systems, PPEs, and CRMs
  • Strong technical intuition; you’re comfortable talking to developers about architecture and APIs
  • Experience delivering engaging, intuitive, and valuable user experiences
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, perform market research, and make data-driven decisions
  • Proven ability to prioritize and execute in fast-moving environments

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of integrations with Loan Origination Systems (LOS), pricing engines, CRMs, and other partner platforms
  • Define requirements and success metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs
  • Own and continuously optimize the end-to-end client onboarding experience, identifying friction points and opportunities to accelerate time-to-value
  • Anticipate and navigate dependencies, technical limitations, and evolving internal and partner roadmaps
  • Make customers raving fans by utilizing deep empathy and a deep understanding of what is valuable to them
  • Track usage trends and adoption barriers, then work cross functionally to create processes and solutions to attack both
  • Define requirements such that engineering can translate into technical designs, goals, and tasks

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the mortgage tech ecosystem
  • Experience in high-growth SaaS or platform business
