Product Manager

Summary

The job description is for a Product Manager position in a profitable SaaS business. The role involves improving existing products and developing new ones, with a focus on B2B strategy over the next 2-3 years. The ideal candidate has at least 3-4 years experience as a Product Manager or 2-3 years experience within UX Design or Product Operations, with at least 1 year experience as a Product Manager.

Requirements

• At least 3-4 years experience as a Product Manager (in B2B SaaS in a high growth tech/software industry in a start-up or scale-up) or 2-3 years experience within UX Design or Product Operations, with at least 1 year experience as a Product Manager
• At least 2 years. experience developing APIs / Integrating platforms
• Very technical and data driven
• Experience influencing teams
• An expert at Figma
• Highly proficient in using other PM tools
• A problem solver
• Strong communication skills
• High Empathy and Curiosity
• Experience working and collaborating with remote teams
• Excellent communication skills. in both written and spoken English

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Head of Product on a day to day basis
• Master everything there is to know about our platform
• Work closely with a product designer, to solve problems relating to the products you are working on
• Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams
• Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products
• Ensure that new functionality has been implemented in accordance with specifications
• Use quantitative & qualitative data to measure feature adoption, retention and satisfaction
• Collaborate with the Product Marketing Manager to develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates Vable and its features across primary market segments
• Gain an external perspective, understanding of our competitive positioning and threats and the rapidly evolving landscape. While developing strategic and operational responses to market and shifts
• Being part of the Vable culture and ensuring you are contributing to the continued success of our team of Vablers

Preferred Qualifications

B.A. (Hons) Degree in a relevant field
