Responsibilities

  • Drive Product Enhancements: Assist in monitoring long-term projects for optimization opportunities and work with cross-functional teams to implement improvements
  • Turn Feedback into Action: Collect and evaluate user feedback through surveys and direct interactions with veterinary clinics and pet parents
  • Support Key Initiatives: Collaborate with onboarding and support teams to remove roadblocks and create seamless customer experiences
  • Shape Product Documentation: Help build out feature documentation to align business and engineering teams on new and existing functionality
  • Small Feature Developments: Assist with 1-2 low to mid-level feature builds, defining requirements, ensuring smooth engineering handoffs, and conducting QA testing
  • Train Internal Teams: Educate departments on new product features to ensure consistency in customer interactions and maximize feature adoption

Preferred Qualifications

  • Some experience with Excel and data analytics platforms preferred
  • Tech-Savvy: Experience with Excel and data analytics platforms is a plus
