Product Manager

Summary

Join Voyage Privé, a leading European travel tech platform, as a Product Manager – Connectivity. Drive innovation and performance for connected inventory (hotels, transfers, etc.), focusing on improving conversion rates. Collaborate with Partnerships, Tech, and Business teams to define product vision and prioritize solutions based on data. Manage external stakeholders, coordinate development with tech teams, and ensure integration quality. Experiment with merchandising and UX to optimize performance and create intuitive tools for internal teams. This is a 6-9 month mission.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in a connectivity-driven environment
• Strong understanding of travel distribution technologies and business models
• Data-driven, business-aware, and tech-savvy
• Experience managing external stakeholders or partner integrations
• Capable of turning product vision into business results
• Fluent in French and English

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision for connectivity (technologies, partners, scope) in close collaboration with the Partnerships, Tech, and Business teams
• Prioritize problems and solutions based on data: conversion, availability, margin, and user experience
• Identify and evaluate key providers and technologies (Channel Managers, XML APIs, B2B platforms…)
• Coordinate development with tech teams, oversee release delivery and measure impact
• Ensure integration quality (response time, error rate, monitoring)
• Experiment with merchandising and UX to optimize connected offer performance
• Enable internal teams (Business, Partnerships, Ops) to independently manage hotel connectivity through intuitive tools and workflows
• Establish regular performance reviews using qualitative and quantitative insights (A/B testing, dashboards, feedback loops)
