Requirements
- Four years of technical product management experience, including building strategic product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams
- Experience driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, design thinking, and leading design discussions
- Experience building web products and technologies
- Proven track record influencing multiple stakeholders without direct authority
Responsibilities
- Conduct Customer Discovery: Process customer feedback, conduct surveys, participate in customer discovery calls, and analyze results to drive customer-centric product priorities
- Analyze customer engagement with our product to identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and further delight our users
- Collaborate with designers to create engaging and delightful user experiences
- Partner with other organizational stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and accuracy
- Work closely with the engineering team to clarify priorities and refine features and application performance
- Develop a thorough understanding of our markets, competition, and customer needs
- Launch new products and features, test their performance, and iterate quickly
- Develop solutions to problems by collaborating across regions, product areas, and functions
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic marketing knowledge, product development/coding, UX, design, and sales
- A proven track record of managing day-to-day technical and design direction
- Proven experience effectively working with multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, or Marketing
- Proven experience conducting extensive market research
- Data analysis and visualization in Python
- Experience defining and validating Product Market Fit
