Product Manager

Summary

Join a dynamic team at Ziing as we disrupt and redefine logistics. We're seeking a Product Manager to develop and grow a team of Product Owners, overseeing software and hardware product development from conception to launch.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, in a technology-focused role
• Strong technical background and experience working with software development teams
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA
• Experience working in a start-up environment, building from the ground up
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed product decisions
• Knowledge of market research and product analytics tools
• Experience in the Logistics and Transportation industry is an asset

Responsibilities

• Mentor, coach and grow a team of Product Owners
• Talent acquisition and work closely with business stakeholders to develop product strategies and roadmaps
• Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on business value and customer feedback
• Develop and manage the product backlog, ensuring that it is always up-to-date and reflects the latest priorities
• Work with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA, and testers to ensure that products are delivered on time and meet quality standards
• Effectively communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal and external stakeholders
• Continuously analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new product opportunities and drive product improvements
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches
• Facilitate maintenance of status quo products
