Summary

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in product management, product marketing, strategy consulting, or related roles
  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects
  • Strong data analysis skills to drive customer and product insights
  • Experience collaborating closely with cross functional teams (ex: engineering, design, decision science teams)

Responsibilities

  • Work with engineering, design, marketing and operational teams to plan, build, and launch high quality product experiences that improve the way employers hire
  • Gather feedback from internal stakeholders, external partners, and users to inform product decisions and strategy
  • Process, review, and interpret large bodies of qualitative and quantitative data on customer usage patterns to uncover new product insights
  • Be an internal advocate, educator, and communicator about the products you own, including storytelling around the technical aspects and business impact of those products and product features
  • Write specs, manage project execution, A/B test, and define product roll-out strategy

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with or developing AI-driven products or platforms
  • Experience working in the B2B (SMB and Enterprise) product contexts
  • Market analysis, pricing & packaging, and / or monetization strategy experience
  • Prior experience running end-to-end product experiments and bringing new products to market
