Summary
Join Unbounce, a leading landing page creation platform, as a driven Product Manager to execute our established roadmap for the Unbounce Landing Page Builder. You will translate concepts into user stories, guide them through agile development, and deliver on schedule. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably within a SaaS or B2B environment
- Proven track record of successfully taking product concepts to launch, focusing on execution and cross-functional coordination
- Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies and hands-on experience running sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; you’re comfortable leading discussions with engineers, designers, and executives alike
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to set clear schedules, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
- Empathetic and customer-focused, with a knack for translating user feedback into actionable requirements
- Self-starter mentality; you thrive when you can take a plan and drive it to completion aggressively while maintaining quality
Responsibilities
- Take high-level product concepts or features from our roadmap and translate them into clear, actionable user stories
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to refine scope, ensuring realistic and achievable deliverables
- Continuously gather customer insights (via calls, feedback sessions, etc.) to validate and iterate on user stories and requirements
- Own and run all relevant agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Set realistic timelines, communicate expected dates, and follow up diligently to ensure deliverables stay on track
- Work with engineering to unblock issues and make strategic tradeoffs that balance speed, quality, and scope
- Serve as the central point of contact for product execution, coordinating with internal stakeholders (Engineering, UX, Marketing, Customer Success) to align on priorities and dependencies
- Provide regular status updates and progress reports to leadership, highlighting risks, impacts, and suggested mitigations
- Champion the needs of our users and communicate their pain points internally, leveraging data and direct feedback to inform decision-making
- Engage with customers to confirm assumptions, refine features, and incorporate feedback into user stories
- Translate customer insights into actionable requirements and communicate these effectively to the team
- Maintain strong relationships across departments and act as an advocate for the product’s vision and goals
- Monitor key performance metrics to evaluate the success of each release and inform future improvements
- Proactively identify bottlenecks and process improvements to enhance team efficiency and product quality
- Embrace a data-driven mindset, ensuring each release is well-defined, well-executed, and meets targeted outcomes
