Product Manager – Care Delivery

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager working with digital products
• Background or domain knowledge in healthcare or telehealth platforms
• Experience building or supporting clinician-facing tools or internal task management systems
• Strong project management and execution skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver across multiple initiatives
• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Drive the execution of product initiatives from ideation through release and iteration
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clinical teams to identify needs and translate them into product solutions
• Support clinician-facing tools and internal platforms, improving workflows and usability
• Coordinate across engineering, design, and business teams to align on goals and timelines
• Gather and integrate structured feedback from internal users and stakeholders to inform product decisions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with EHR systems, scheduling tools, or care coordination platforms
• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare industry standards
• Prior work with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar
