Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Prior experience in startups or fast-paced environments
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing SaaS products
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
- Ability to prioritize and make data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with tools like Linear, Mixpanel, Figma or similar
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to drive feature development
- Collaborate closely with product designers and engineers to deliver high-impact product enhancements loved by customers
- Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Partner with sales, marketing, enablement, and account management teams to define go-to-market strategies and drive product adoption
- Monitor product performance using analytics and KPIs, iterating on features to optimize engagement and retention
- Act as a customer advocate, ensuring seamless user experiences across the platform
- Participate in the agile development processes, including sprint planning and backlog grooming
