Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Prior experience in startups or fast-paced environments
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing SaaS products
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
  • Ability to prioritize and make data-driven decisions
  • Familiarity with tools like Linear, Mixpanel, Figma or similar

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to drive feature development
  • Collaborate closely with product designers and engineers to deliver high-impact product enhancements loved by customers
  • Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Partner with sales, marketing, enablement, and account management teams to define go-to-market strategies and drive product adoption
  • Monitor product performance using analytics and KPIs, iterating on features to optimize engagement and retention
  • Act as a customer advocate, ensuring seamless user experiences across the platform
  • Participate in the agile development processes, including sprint planning and backlog grooming
