Product Manager, Employee Training

Requirements

• Experience in employee training or learning management systems (LMS)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical teams
• Solid analytical skills with an ability to interpret feedback and data to prioritize features
• Familiarity with tech-savvy solutions that enhance employee development and operational efficiency
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Employee Training module of the product
• Drive, develop, and maintain the product’s training roadmap
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and define training features, enhancements, and optimizations
• Select, design, and write user stories, ensuring a clear, effective, and engaging training experience for restaurant employees
• Conduct customer interviews and gather feedback to inform product decisions and ensure that the training platform meets the needs of both restaurant operators and employees
• Collaborate with the Product Marketing team to present new training features at company broadcasts and to customers
• Ensure the product’s alignment with broader Restaurant365 initiatives to improve operational efficiency and employee performance in restaurants
• Perform other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• Agile Methodology experience
• A background in SaaS product management and understanding of the restaurant industry's operational challenges
