Summary
Join IAA, a global marketplace for commercial assets and vehicles, as a Product Manager for Titling. Lead the transformation of vehicle titling processes by integrating and automating systems to improve efficiency and visibility. This role requires a strong data mindset, experience with digital transformation, and collaboration with stakeholders. You will own the titling roadmap, working across multiple applications to solve complex business challenges. This remote position offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to drive meaningful change within a fast-paced environment. Preference is given to candidates near major title centers, with occasional travel required. The role involves significant computer use and stakeholder communication.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a process-heavy or operational environment
- Strong data skills – the ability to analyze and interpret data, create pivot tables in Excel, or work with SQL
- Technical mindset – understanding interconnected systems, downstream impacts, and operational workflows
- Excellent stakeholder management – ability to work with complex stakeholders, challenge assumptions, and drive consensus
- Self-starter mentality – the ability to take ownership, make decisions, and move projects forward independently
Responsibilities
- Own and execute the strategic roadmap for vehicle titling, driving automation, and efficiency improvements
- Lead digital transformation efforts, integrating siloed systems to enhance productivity and visibility
- Analyze business processes and collaborate with stakeholders to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions
- Manage cross-functional relationships, working closely with engineering, operations, and other business units to deliver business value
- Prioritize and oversee product enhancements, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
- Leverage data analytics and SQL skills to make informed decisions and support key business initiatives
- Document workflows and process improvements, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams
- Work with difficult stakeholders and field users, demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to challenge assumptions when needed
- Stay ahead of industry trends, proactively identifying ways to disrupt and improve IAA’s titling operations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with vehicle titling, digital transformation, or process automation
- Experience working with Microsoft products and SQL
