Requirements

• 6+ years of experience launching & scaling consumer apps, products, or services for global consumer and/or media brands
• Proven experience in growing consumer businesses through sustained customer engagement
• Deep, established proficiency in storytelling and narrative-building
• Expertise knitting together a broad range of customer listening posts and data sources such as audience research, community feedback, customer support, behavioral analytics, etc
• Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with product management, sales, marketing, PR, and creative functions on driving growth through product marketing initiatives
• A mindset focused on seizing opportunities and moving with urgency
• Dedication to fierce prioritization and operational excellence
• Adaptability to a dynamic, fast-moving environment
• A growth mindset and openness to feedback

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute high-impact launches for our influencer and shopper communities
• Collaborate to define positioning statements and messaging for products, apps and key features
• Initiate product campaigns that are appropriate for different segments of influencers as retention support
• Own assigned relationships of product managers and launching their products/features/enhancements
• Plan, write and distribute short-form and long-form content that helps acquire, retain and grow the LTK influencer base. Content to include: email, web, in-app, webinars, videos, case studies, testimonials, whitepapers, playbooks, etc
• Own all long-form education course content for retention of Creators for digital and in-person events
• Develop sales materials including sales decks, datasheets, ROI calculators, battle cards, etc
• Monitor competition and assess features/benefits to make recommendations for LTK
• Utilize insights to measure, monitor and optimize the success of product marketing programs, content and campaigns
• Serve as the subject matter expert and evangelist for marketing, sales and service as it relates to LTK
• Manage operational support to work with Demand Generation to build campaigns that highlight the latest LTK products/features

Preferred Qualifications

• Influencer, influencer marketing, or content discovery in-app experience is preferred
• Remarkable attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and toggle between long-term strategies and short-term tasks easily
• Autonomously lead and manage a small team to prioritize for efficiency
• Exceptional writing and editing skills
• Ability to get results in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Strong analytics and business acumen, leveraging results to make recommendations for future actions
• Positive and entrepreneurial-minded team player with an internal drive to hit goals and deadlines
• Scrappy and self-directed style
