Product Manager, Transformation & Integrations

Summary

Join FloQast's Transformation and Integration team as a Product Manager to build AI-driven accounting automation and integrations. Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other product managers to create solutions connecting ERPs, FinTech apps, and third-party platforms with our AI-powered agent. You will define and drive key initiatives, expand direct integrations, and develop the AI agent platform. The ideal candidate possesses strong product management experience in B2B SaaS finance technology, integration experience, and accounting/finance background. This role offers a competitive salary ($170,000 - $200,000 base pay range) and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, family forming benefits, life & disability insurance, and unlimited vacation. Visa sponsorship is not available, and the position is open to US-based candidates only.

Requirements

• Five or more years of product management experience in the B2B SaaS space with a specific focus on finance technology
• Five or more years in an accounting/finance transformation role
• Experience building integrations with ERP, finance, or other fintech applications
• Background in accounting or finance with familiarity with accounting workflows
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to work with APIs, integrations, and financial data
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex workflows into scalable solutions
• Experience working in agile development with close collaboration with engineers and designers

Responsibilities

• Define and drive key initiatives within the Transformation and Integration roadmap
• Help expand our list of direct integrations by building customer-facing, turnkey connectors with ERPs, AP and AR systems, expense management tools, payroll platforms, and data solutions
• Develop our AI agent platform by defining requirements and use cases for AI-driven automation, ensuring it fits seamlessly into customer workflows
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to bring solutions to market

Preferred Qualifications

• Accounting audibility and review experience
• Knowledge of RPA and low-code workflow automation tools
• Experience with AI-driven automation, anomaly detection, or automated reconciliations
