Requirements

  • Proven experience in product marketing in the tech, SaaS, or education sectors
  • Website and email first marketing expertise
  • Proven experience in writing technical specs for website/platform tasks and managing the dev process from idea to production release
  • Be a master of working asynchronously (async) using tools like Slack, Notion, Loom, and others
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies, pricing management, and conversion optimization techniques
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and derive actionable insights
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with competitor analysis and market research to inform strategy
  • Expertise with tools like GA4, Plausible, CRM platforms, and campaign tracking and management software
  • Ability to create detailed, well-thought-out briefs for fellow marketers, copyrighters, and, most importantly, designers and developers
  • A passion for the developer community and an understanding of its unique dynamics
  • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving

  • Strong preference for asynchronous communication: Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment, prioritizing productivity over frequent meetings, which may occur once a week or less
  • Meeting-free mindset : Passionate about minimizing meeting time to enhance focus and efficiency, leveraging tools and processes that support asynchronous workflows
  • Reliable internet connection (all meetings and work is done online)
  • Experience working remotely
  • Ability to work in CET time zone, with core hours from 9:00 am till 6:00 pm

Responsibilities

  • Lifecycle Marketing Analyze and improve user journeys to maximize conversion rates across our digital platforms
  • Create, test, and optimize landing pages, messaging, and campaigns to enhance engagement
  • Includes but is not limited to improving websites, creating new features, improving CRO and copies, devising email strategies for nurturing, lead conversions, and cross-selling
  • Go-to-Market Strategies Plan and execute product launches, aligning with marketing, sales, and product teams
  • Craft compelling messaging and positioning for new and existing products
  • Promotional Planning Develop and implement promotional strategies to drive sales and meet revenue goals
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure promotional plans align with broader marketing objectives
  • Performance Monitoring Track and analyze KPIs to measure campaign success and inform future strategies
  • Provide actionable insights to optimize marketing and product performance
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with the business unit director, developers, and marketing teams to align goals and strategies
  • Serve as the customer advocate, ensuring user needs are reflected in product development and marketing
  • Pricing Management Evaluate and manage product pricing strategies for competitiveness and revenue growth
  • Monitor market trends and recommend pricing adjustments as needed
  • Prepare pricing update files for product promotions to ensure alignment with market demands
  • Campaign Briefing Develop detailed and actionable campaign briefs for marketing initiatives
  • Oversee execution to ensure alignment with product objectives and timelines
  • Create banner timing documents to brief developers for internal and affiliate banners
  • Create briefing documents for required assets for product launches, promotions, and campaigns
