Summary

Join Aptos, a people-first blockchain company, as a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to drive go-to-market (GTM) strategies and marketing execution across our suite of web3 products. You will develop and execute marketing strategies to boost adoption, engagement, and awareness. As a generalist PMM, you'll collaborate with various teams. Experience in payments and web3 is highly preferred. The role involves developing GTM strategies, crafting compelling messaging, creating high-quality content, collaborating cross-functionally, executing campaigns, conducting market research, and measuring success. The base salary range is $125k-$176k, but this does not include equity, tokens, or benefits.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or related fields
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and lifecycle marketing
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to execute complex initiatives across multiple teams
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives
  • Experience managing content calendars, marketing campaigns, and cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Previous experience in web3 and payments or fintech required

Responsibilities

  • Develop & Execute GTM Strategies – Define marketing strategies for new and existing products, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
  • Positioning & Messaging – Craft compelling positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with developers, businesses, and end users
  • Content & Storytelling – Develop high-quality content (blogs, social media, video scripts, product pages, case studies) to drive product awareness and adoption
  • Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with Product, Growth, Community, and Ecosystem teams to ensure a seamless and consistent product marketing approach
  • Campaign & Launch Execution – Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns, including content creation, distribution strategy, and performance measurement
  • Market Research & Competitive Insights – Conduct research to understand user needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape to inform marketing strategy
  • Success Measurement & Optimization – Define KPIs, track marketing performance, and iterate on strategies based on data-driven insights

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in payments and web3 is highly preferred
