Requirements

  • You have proven experience in product marketing, preferably in a B2B startup or tech environment, with a proven track record of successful go-to-market strategies
  • You are an excellent communicator and storyteller, able to articulate complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner
  • You possess a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs, with a passion for competitive intelligence and market research
  • You are action-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • You have experience working closely with sales teams and understand the importance of sales enablement in driving product success
  • You are curious and eager to learn, with a desire to grow your career in product marketing in a company that invests in ambitious talent wanting to take on new challenges and opportunities
  • Based on the East Coast

Responsibilities

  • Enable our all-star Sales team, developing and executing proactive strategies to position Beamery as critical skills intelligence layer to accelerate workforce transformation
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Customer Success, to ensure active engagement with product marketing materials and messaging
  • Turn market and competitive insights into impactful go-to-market tools โ€” from sales battlecards and win stories to new outbound tactics
  • Develop strong messaging and sales enablement materials that drive pipeline and market positioningโ€”and inspire teams around a common vision
  • Engage with customers and prospects directly to gather insights and feedback, surfacing them forward to Product teams to ensure our products continue to meet their needs and expectations
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the marketing team and across the organization

Preferred Qualifications

Strong interest and/or experience in AI, data intelligence, HR tech, or related fields
