Summary
Join Brightwheel's Marketing team as a Product Marketing Manager and play a critical role in shaping and communicating the value of our products. You will develop and execute marketing strategies, conduct market research, and craft compelling messaging to drive new customer acquisition and satisfaction. This role requires strong collaboration skills, project management expertise, and a data-driven approach to optimize go-to-market strategies. You will work closely with various teams to ensure alignment and success. Brightwheel offers a fully remote work environment and a comprehensive benefits package.
Requirements
- 4+ years related marketing experience, ideally in product marketing at B2B SaaS companies
- Bachelorβs degree in marketing or related field
- Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Entrepreneurial and works well in a rapidly changing environment
- Metrics driven and have the ability to draw insight from complex marketing data
- Creative thinker with a vision
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies: Create sales and marketing plans that effectively communicate the value of the product to target audiences, ensuring alignment with lead generation and sales conversion goals
- Conduct market research: Gather and analyze customer insights, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product positioning, product roadmap, and marketing tactics
- Draft compelling messaging: Develop clear, engaging, and persuasive messaging that highlights the product's unique value proposition and resonates with the target audience in various formats, including web pages, pitch decks, 1-pagers, talking points, and more
- Collaborate across teams: Work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Support, and other teams to ensure cohesive and effective go-to-market strategies, incorporating feedback from various stakeholders and ensuring cross-functional alignment
- Manage product launches: Plan and execute product launches, including coordinating marketing activities, creating promotional materials, and measuring the impact of launch campaigns
- Track and measure success: Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data to refine strategies and improve future efforts
