Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or analytics platforms
- Experience with go-to-market planning, messaging, and launching features
- Excellent writing and content creation abilities, with a focus on crafting compelling narratives
- Strong research skills, with the ability to gather and analyze customer and market insights
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive alignment
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of go-to-market strategies for new features and product enhancements
- Develop clear, customer-centric messaging and positioning that highlights the value and differentiation of Mixpanelβs features
- Conduct research to uncover customer pain points, market trends, and opportunities. Use insights to inform product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement materials
- Create high-quality collateral such as product briefs, use cases, and training materials to empower sales teams. Develop resources like battle cards, FAQs, and pitch decks to support feature adoption and sales efforts
- Partner with demand generation, content, and field marketing teams to contribute to integrated campaigns that drive feature awareness and adoption
- Track and analyze the performance of feature launches, adjusting strategies and messaging as needed to optimize impact
- Advocate for the customer by bringing their voice into messaging and product-related initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of product analytics or similar tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude) is a plus
- Creative problem-solver with a customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering results
