Summary
Join Pennylane, a rapidly growing Fintech company, and become a Product Marketing Manager (PMM). You will dedicate 30% of your time to managing Go-To-Market strategies and focus on strategic projects like positioning our review module and working on our five core value propositions. You will own a product scope (bookkeeping and book closing) and collaborate with various teams to implement GTM strategies. This role requires understanding product challenges, proposing enhancements, and ensuring value propositions align with customer needs. Responsibilities
- Understand the product challenges within their scope and collaborate with PMs on the development of new features (with a six-week cycle, releasing new features weekly)
- Work with various teams to implement GTM strategies, such as collaborating with pre-sales teams to train sales on new features and working with marketing teams to create supporting materials
- Proactively propose enhancements and challenge existing processes to improve various aspects of our strategy, such as how new features are communicated externally, ensuring our innovations are effectively conveyed to the market
- Take ownership of the track's value propositions by ensuring they are clearly defined, communicated, and aligned with customer needs and company goals. This involves continuously evaluating and refining these propositions to ensure they resonate with our target audience and differentiate us from competitors
- Implement GTM strategies for new features, aligning with all internal teams
- Produce and share engaging content such as newsletters, newsfeeds, and marketing videos
- Foster evangelization of the Product Marketing function all across the organization
- Lead product positioning initiatives by executing strategic initiatives to enhance product positioning and differentiation
- Demonstrate tangible impact on business goals, such as improved customer engagement through strategic marketing initiatives and effective ownership of value propositions
