Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in product marketing with demonstrated success in launching products and creating compelling messaging
  • Experience leading and driving cross-functional initiatives with product and go-to-market teams
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills for creating high-impact marketing materials across various formats
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct thorough market research and draw actionable insights
  • Experience implementing modern marketing tools and workflows, including AI-powered solutions
  • Experience creating interactive product demos for technical products
  • Experience working in a remote-first setup across different timezones

Responsibilities

  • Gain a deep understanding of our audience, develop positioning and messaging, and communicate about the product and its benefits to our audience
  • Own messaging and develop copy and content messages across marketing channels (emails, web, etc)
  • Plan and execute product launches from strategy to messaging, channel strategy, and measurement; collaborating with product, marketing and human data teams to ensure successful market introduction
  • Partner with human data, support and other teams to ensure our documentation reflects clear messaging translating into great customer experience
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and voice of customer research to inform product development, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
  • Work with the broader marketing team to develop targeted content and campaigns for acquisition, adoption and retention
  • Implement modern tools, AI, and workflows for product marketing goals including demos, videos, resources, etc
