Summary

Join Uniswap Labs as a Senior Product Marketer and spearhead user research, develop user personas, and drive the go-to-market strategy for the Uniswap Web App, Wallet, and Extension. Collaborate with product, growth marketing, and content teams to launch new products, lead user and competitor research, and deliver impactful marketing campaigns. This role demands a strong understanding of web2 and web3 marketing, exceptional writing skills, and experience with product positioning and user segmentation. You will craft compelling product narratives, prioritize features on the product roadmap, and create comprehensive marketing strategies. Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Marketing experience working with technical B2C products, ideally in crypto or fintech
  • Obsessed with crypto, DeFi, and Web3 as transformative opportunities, with personal or professional experience using a self-custody wallet, engaging with dApps, NFTs, or participating in DAOs
  • Ability to lead through influence, develop strong relationships with technical teams, and drive alignment across teams
  • Incredibly clear written communication and desire to document everything
  • Very organized, able to stay on top of several moving projects at once

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead user research
  • Develop detailed user personas
  • Drive the go-to-market strategy for the Uniswap Web App, Wallet and Extension
  • Bring new products to market
  • Lead user and competitor research
  • Deliver creative, impactful, and relevant marketing campaigns
  • Craft compelling product narratives and value propositions for our consumer apps that differentiates our users’ experience
  • Drive messaging consistency across all channels and iterate based on user feedback and data
  • Work closely with the Product team to prioritize features and enhancements on the product roadmap, ensuring feedback is effectively communicated to product, design, and engineering teams with clarity and credibility
  • Create comprehensive marketing and go-to-market strategies for large product upgrades and releases
  • Define target audience, positioning and messaging, rooted in clear objectives and insights
  • Implement GTM plans by partnering cross-functionally to launch new features and programs across various channels, driving product adoption and increasing brand sentiment
  • Partner with channel owners to develop and implement acquisition and retention strategies that align with the high level strategy for each release
  • Lead planning and conduct both qualitative and quantitative research initiatives to develop and continuously refine detailed Uniswap retail user personas
  • Partner with data science teams to gain deep insights into user segments, monitoring and influencing user behavior and product usage through comprehensive analytics
  • Regularly monitor and research competitive products, value propositions, and market positioning, generating weekly reports to inform strategic decisions
