Requirements
- Proven experience in product marketing, particularly in the auto transportation or related industries
- Strong knowledge of auto transport needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape
- Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive product adoption and customer engagement
- Expertise in creating compelling product messaging and content that resonates with different customer segments
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams
- Ability to analyze market data and customer insights to inform marketing decisions and refine go-to-market strategies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex product features into clear, actionable benefits for the target audience
- Ability to manage multiple projects, collaborate with teams, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A passion for the auto transport industry and a deep understanding of customer needs and competitive dynamics
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive adoption of Super Dispatch products within each customer segment in the auto transportation industry
- Craft compelling product positioning and messaging that clearly communicate the value of our products to various customer groups
- Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies and messaging
- Create content such as case studies, product updates, white papers, and sales enablement materials that resonate with target customers
- Analyze competitive landscape and customer needs to identify opportunities for differentiation and product enhancements
- Work closely with sales and customer facing teams to enable them with the right tools and content to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction
- Measure the success of marketing initiatives and refine strategies based on performance and market feedback
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SaaS or tech companies particularly in high-growth environments
- Previous experience working in a remote-first company
- Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce
